Be still...

This verse is just sooo timely at the moment!! Not just for me, but for so many I know!! Chaos & busyness is all around,,,in personal life, in relationships, in family life - EVERYWHERE!! And the "glorification of busy" needs to end!

My beautiful friend is losing her father as I type this. Another friend has just found out that a friend of hers was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer...

But you know, it's not just sad, devastating things that that run us ragged! It's great things too. Yet another friend has just yesterday had her daughters wedding! And in addition to that was her other daughters 21st!! Busy times!!

So my challenge and encouragement is...stop, breath, pray, read the word of God!! Spend time - be still! K
